This confidential consultation includes a comprehensive assessment of your current fitness and health level. It defines short and long-term goals and is designed to help develop a program best suited for your needs.

Personal Training

Each training session is comprised of a 1 hour period that includes warm up, strength and conditioning exercises, and stretching. Your personalized program is developed with your goals in mind and will progress according to your capabilities.
